Yolande Clark-Jackson
Multi-disciplinary Storyteller, Creative Educator

​Yolande Clark-Jackson is a content writer, author, learning & implementation specialist and speaker based in Central Florida. Her work spans picture books, personal essay, genealogy and facilitated learning. She holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Converse University and an English degree from Morgan State University.

​

Yolande is the author of the picture book, Rocko's Big Launch, a picture book that grew into Rocko Rocket, a STEM education brand she co-founded with her husband, R Jackson in 2013. 

​

Yolande has extensive knowledge and background in ELA education and K-12 curriculum development. Leveraging her 20+ years as a classroom teacher, including a few years at Florida Memorial University as an adjunct English professor, she helps schools and organizations with designing instructional frameworks and effective implementation strategies through curriculum audits, developmental editing and transformative workshops. 

 

As a speaker and workshop facilitator, Yolande brings real-life insights to empower students, educators, writers, and those navigating loss and transition. She strives for clarity and care and has a proven track record for creating intentional spaces for authentic connection and growth.
